We are a private Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) that exclusively serves our registered members. As such, our policies are tailored to the needs of our members and are not open to the general public.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Due to the nature of our business as a private GPO and for safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or partially used medications
- Prescription medications
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive products
- Medical devices or items with hygiene seals that have been broken
Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through our platform and by verified members of our GPO.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at Contact Us or call us. Provide your Order Number, membership verification, and the reason for your return. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Please note that members are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank, credit card provider, or contact us for further assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. For exchanges, please contact us with your Order Number to arrange a replacement for the same item.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed after we receive your item(s). Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the return.
